The Public Test server will have a new version in the next 24 hours if all goes well.
There are some significant changes that we plan on testing to compare the three versions and player preferences. (Current live, previous PTS, and upcoming PTS)

There will be 3 types of items:Stat items
= Items that only provide statsSpecial Items
= Item that provide special passivesActive items
= Items that allow you to have an active ability (same as current purchased abilities)
Stat items will be bought using gold. and you can buy as many as you afford. Special and Active Items will be free. However, the slots for these items will unlock only as you level up, according to this chart:Special and Active Items

* Attacking a target with your in-hand increases movement speed by 10% for 2 sec

* When hit by a physical attack, your physical protection is increased by 20 for 5 seconds. (Max 3 stacks)
* If you are below 25% health you will get a shield that reduces damage by 50% for 2 second only once per 60 sec
* When hit by a slow, you are immune to slows for 2s. and run speed increase by 10%, Only occurs once every 30 seconds.Auras
* Aura: Does 30 magic damage per second to enemies around you
* Aura: +20 Protection Physical & Magic to nearby allies.
* Aura: +20 Magical Power to nearby allies +10% magic lifesteal

* You permanently gain +.5 Physical Power and +.25% Physical Lifesteal per minion kill. (max. 40 stacks)
* You gain +1 Physical Power per stack and receive 5 stacks per player kill and 1 stack per minion kill. All stacks are lost on death. (max. 50 stacks)
* All auto-attacks will also hit enemies within a 10 ft radius of the target for 50% of the damage.
* your basic attacks have 25% reduced healing and regeneration for 3 seconds, max of 3 stacks
* If your attack does not crit your chance to crit goes up by 5%, max of 10 stacks, resets when you crit
* You gain 10 mana per per minion kill. 2% of your mana is converted to attack damage (max. 60 stacks)
* in hand attacks reduce your target's Magic protection by 7% and 5 flat for 3 seconds (maximum 3 stacks)
* You gain 1 additional attack damage per 2% of missing health
* Your next hit after using an ability will do an additional 30% physical damage, can only happen once every 2 secondsMagic Attack
* 1.5% of your maximum health is converted to magic power
* Ignore 33% of your enemy magic armor
* You permanently gain 10 mana per per minion kill. 3% of your mana is converted to magic power (max. 80 stacks)
* Increases magical power by 25%.
* Using an ability gives your next basic attack within the next 5 seconds +100% of your magical power (as physical) in additional damage. The effect can only apply once every 2 seconds.
* Your abilities with damage will reduce your target's movement speed by 30% for 2 seconds.
* You permanently gain +2 Mana and +.5 Magical Power per stack, and receive 5 stacks per player kill and 1 stack per minion kill. (max. 100 stacks)
* Enemies hit by your abilities 25% reduced healing and regeneration for 4 seconds, 2 stacks max.
* You gain 1 additional magic power per 1% of missing health
* using an ability increases focus by 10 for 10 sec (stacks 4 times)Source
