Hallo guys! It's Stermes from Procore Gaming.
I've been asked to do a review on every patch that comes out, and that's exactly what I'm going to do.
Warning! This is my opinion, and only that!
New God: HERCULES!
Yes! I love this god. His skill set works wonders together and is overall just a fun god to play.
Strength From Pain (Passive)
Review: My thoughts on the passive is that it synergizes with him being a melee physical bruiser, being that one to go in and tank some damage while dealing some, and overall just being a nusance.
Review: This skill is just works so well with Earthbreaker. Knock them back then strike them even farther back! The stun when are below 50% hp is a nice addition also. Remember both his Earthbreaker and Driving Force can hit multiple enemies! So you can set up some interesting things with them.
Review: With this skill hercules can safely manipulate his lane and set up kills with a carry. Personally I feel like the cast time on it is slightly to fast and is able to grab people almost instantly. I would maybe add a small delay on it to counteract that, but otherwise the skill is perfect.
Review: Holy shit. This skill is rediculous. Pop it right before everyone uses their ultis in a team fight, tank most of them, then bam, suddenly you're healing for 100 hp/s.(Just make sure you don't take too much damage). Do I think this skill needs to be changed? Yes. Decrease the % healed slightly, and I think it'd be in a good spot.
Review: The base damage on the skill ends off at 600 damage not including the scaling of your physical damage which will be pretty decent by the end of the game if you're building him bruiser. It's a little hard to hit the skill due to the delay on the cast, but damn is it satisfying. Not to mention after it rolls around and hits people. Try to use the skill in closed quarters, like the jungle, or an odin ulti to get the most out of it.
Stats System Removed
Review: I don't have any complaints here, and I'm sure there are very few who actually do. The Stats System was just not implemented properly.
Level 30 Ranked
Review: I've been waiting for this for a while, only thing is I haven't noticed a difference on anything.
Neutral Camp HP/Spawn Time
Review: This brings a jungler role even closer into the game allowing people to get more exp from the jungle in a shorter amount of time. It also allows the lanes to grab exp/gold from the camp on their way to the lane, overall I like the change.
Review: The changes give him slightly more defences against physical, but the fact remains that he is too squishy and has to be stationary to be any good. Making him an easy target, and still not that viable.
Review: Slither giving more move speed helps him to escape more things, however the 1 second of immunity to slows is kind of useless because all slows still persist on him, he just doesn't feel them for a second.
Review: In all honesty, I didn't see a problem with Bastet before, and I still don't see a problem. She's still a great god to play.
Review: Increasing the stats on his passive and giving him extra armor/magic protection when he eats a creep puts him in a pretty good place and will probably be used more often in competitive gameplay.
Review: Despite what you might have thought, Cupid's damage was lack-luster in early-mid game compared to other gods before this patch. However now that he has the 40% extra damage on his Heart Bomb, he seems to be in a better place and will do well in that early - mid game.
Review: Oh.. Vamana. I missed you so. Vamana is back to being his old tanky self now. With no scaling on his ultimate's heal and the cc immunity he is able to sustain himself and be in the middle of team fights without having to worry to much.
Review: With the reduction of bonus damage on his Rising Jaguar he no longer has that ridiculously scary lane potential, but still has one. His ultimate is still annoying to deal with, but I feel that Anhur, Artemis, and Cupid are still better choices for the ranged carry role becuase Xbalanque's main damage skill is his escape.
